Warranty Policy

Cavitak Marketing Private Limited (CMPL) warrants Muzen-branded products, Muzen-branded accessories (“Muzen Product”) and all other products that are sold by Muzen (“Complementary Products”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with our published guidelines for a period of one (1) year from the date of invoice to the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). Our published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications.

You must have a valid invoice to validate the warranty. Products returned without any valid information will not be processed and will be returned.

• CMPL do not give refunds or offer product upgrades. Refunds come from the place of purchase, ONLY.
• Proof of purchase is required to get warranty service.
• Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
• International customers may be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fee. Customers are responsible for fees incurred

What is Covered:

• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship encountered during normal use.
• If a defect arises within the warranty period, CMPL will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective product free of charge.

What is Not Covered:

• This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear of the product.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Damage caused by other external factors.
  • Damage caused by the use of incompatible accessories or parts.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support within the warranty period. You will need to provide a copy of your valid invoice and a description of the defect.

Additional Information:

• This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Cavitak Marketing Private Limited (CMPL).
• No other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made.
• Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. CMPL shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the product.
