Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after purchasing your item to request a return. 

Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged during shipping.
  • The product is faulty or not working as intended upon arrival.
  • The product is found to have manufacturing defects.

 

What do we need? 

When requesting a return, customers must provide the order number or proof of purchase, specify the reason for the return (such as damage during shipping, product malfunction, or manufacturing defects), indicate the current condition of the product (whether it has been opened, used, or remains in its original packaging), provide photographic evidence if necessary, and include accurate contact information (such as a valid email address and phone number) to facilitate communication regarding the return process and any updates on their request. This information will help expedite the return process and ensure that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent to us at services@muzenaudio.in.

Refund 

If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.  

If you haven’t received a refund yet, then complete the following steps: 

  1. First check your bank account again 
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted 
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at services@muzenaudio.in
and send your item to our warehouse location communicated by us over mail. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Exclusions:

  1. Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than those listed in the return policy, such as change of mind or preference.
  2. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been tampered with, altered, or damaged due to misuse or negligence.
