Orders are processed Monday through Saturday and are shipped within 1-2 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We offer PAN INDIA delivery within 5-7 days.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after purchasing your item to request a return. 

Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The product is damaged during shipping.
• The product is faulty or not working as intended upon arrival.
• The product is found to have manufacturing defects.

We can only accept cancellations or changes to your order within 1 hour of placing it and if the order has not yet been processed.

You must immediately contact our customer service support at services@cavitak.com with your order number and the changes you'd like to make included in the email.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has already been placed.
